James Lawrence Pearle, M.D.
Pulmonology and Internal Medicine
James Lawrence Pearle, MD, is board certified in both Pulmonary Disease and Internal Medicine. He
earned his medical degree at New York Medical College in 1973 and served his residency at George
Washington University and a Pulmonary Followship at the University of Illinois Medical Center. He
specializes in occupational lung disease, pulmonary rehabilitation and burn and Hyperbaric medicine. He
is presently President and Medical Director at the California Research Medical Group, Inc. in Fullerton,
California.
Dr. Pearle has been an Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Pulmonary Disease at both the UCI
and UCLA Schools of Medicines and participates in medical education programs at nine local hospitals,
including St. Jude and St. Joseph. He has had 18 articles published in a variety of professional journals
and has participated in 130 clinical trials and has been a speaker at the Medilegal Institute regarding
asbestos related lung disorders.
